Where is Elsewhere?

The Teen Book Chat group has chosen Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin to read for the book discussion on Tuesday September, 19, 2006 from 6:30-7:30. We will discuss the book, play a trivia game related to the book, eat snacks and have fun. BOOK SUMMER: Liz awakes in an unfamiliar room. Why is she on a ship in the middle of the ocean? Where is the ship heading? And who is the other girl name Thandi who is sharing her room? Liz finally comes to understand that she has been killed by a hit and run driver and is bound for Elsewhere. Life is not easier in Elsewhere than it was on Earth, and Liz has to learn how to deal with loss and change. Elsewhere explorers how we all must cope with life and whaterver is to come after our lives end.
